OUR SERVICES

Appeals

The Brom Law Firm represents businesses and individuals in appeals in state and federal courts.  Clients may seek to appeal a lower court's ruling or need to defend against an opponent's appeal.  The Brom Law Firm provides its clients with the experience necessary to successfully navigate the appellate process.

Experienced appellate counsel is critical to the success of any appeal.  The appellate process requires strict adherence to the procedural rules and deadlines set by the appellate court.  Failure to comply frequently results in an adverse ruling.  it is not uncommon for appellate courts to enter an opinion based on a party's failure to comply with the procedural rules and deadlines rather than the merits of the case.  The Brom Law Firm works closely with its clients to present the best case on appeal.
